AAA Approved Auto Repair

Carrsmith is proud to be an AAA Approved Auto Repair (AAR) shop serving the greater Gainesville area with a complete range of automotive repair services by a certified and professionally trained team of technicians. AAR was established in 1975 in limited areas. It has been expanded to include more than 5,500 AAA Approved Repair facilities in the United States and Canada. Each year the program continues to expand, adding more approved facilities. Approved Auto Repair is a AAA member benefit designed to help direct a member to a pre-screened reputable automobile repair facility for quality auto repairs. AAR facilities sign agreements to provide reliable, high-quality service performed by ASE certified or manufacturer certified technicians. AAR shops are obligated to perform repairs and services, which comply to industry standards. AAR shops undergo periodic, continual re-inspections in order to uphold AAA’s high standards.

Carrsmith maintains AAA's tough performance standards while providing each of our customers with the professional and courteous service they both expect and deserve. As an AAA Approved Auto Repair shop serving the greater Gainesville area, Carrsmith is required to hire and employ trained automotive repair specialists that have earned certification by ASE, the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. Also as an AAA Approved Auto Repair shop, Carrsmith is also required to use state-of-the art tools and equipment when doing repairs, as well as adhere to the AAA customer service satisfaction criteria.
