I drive an air-cooled VW Beetle and was having vibration issues after purchasing new tires. The shop I was working with did not have a road force balancing machine, which is what I needed, so I chose Carrsmith as they had the right machine as well as specific knowledge about an old Beetle which would be handy if something else was causing an issue, that an average tire shop worker wouldn't have the knowledge for. The tires are now rolling beautifully; we had the steering box tightened up while the car was there and it feels like it just rolled out of the showroom. Not bad for a 49-year-old car!
